The fat audix at one of our sites in Holland has just failed and the current maintainer even though its on the mainteance contract can't repair it,

Does anyone have an old one they don't need anymore?

We have some in stock that we are willing to sell

I remember one case Avaya gave a free upgrade on a system that had maintenance that they didn't have parts. A salesman had written a contract that he wasn't suppose to. It may have been that the sales division had to 'eat' the cost, I never heard.
So maybe U could get the maintenance provider to give U a deal on a upgrade. Do U really want to keep using something that old? Is your business so unimportant?

We use Intuity LX as a standard but there is approx a 4 week lead time so just was going to replace like for like and change out later

Oh if you just need to borrow one i can sort you one out. As long as you pay the carriage both ways.
