Anyone get error ACD List is full...when it shouldn't be

When you should have plenty left?Tried to create a new CDN and it errored at the end with the error below. Anyone run across this before?

this is the desciption of your error code on the nortel web site :In LD23, check number of ACD DNs used in header. If it shows 240 for that customer, no further ACD DNs can be programmed.Refer to NTP Automatic Call Distribution reference guide section 553-2671-110 Description.

that's the trick.. 240 total per customer.. groups, you can have 1000 agents left buy you've ran out of groups.. ld 23 lst acd.. i recently went through mine and removed the older ones

one thing i did was where there was 20 numbers sent to intercept as maxp 1 acd's.. i deleted 19 of then and used the idc table to change the dn on the rest.. since this was an external requirement we got 19 acdns back

We expanded the 240 to 1000 by adding package ACDE on 25.40B
Not sure if this is for all systems. I think the Package # was 388 ACD/CDN Expansion
