Anyone able to connect a CISCO VPN Client to RV042

I bought an RV042 after talking to two separate people in Linksys sales who say that I can use a CISCO VPN Client with the RV042 to establish a software to hardware VPN connection...

Has anyone been able to do this? I am stuck trying to determine what settings to use on the RV042. I had a couple of techs say it works, but you may need to try the "Enable Transparent Tunneling" both ways.

No, not with the regular Cisco VPN client that is used with the Cisco routers. We ended up having both the Linksys and the Cisco drivers loaded simultaneously on the same client. This works without conflict as long as one or the other connection is active, but one can not be connected to two different remote sites simultaneously.

I think Linksys might have just come out with new software just the past week or two soo... if someone finds that the new software should do this, please add to this thread.

This is a ROUTE issue, and not a client issue.

http://www.ss64.com/nt/route.html

You will need to ROUTE ADD to find the second connection.
