any way DID to ring a group first and ring the voicemail later or transfer out to a cell phone

Hi, any body know how to program the NEC IPK system with voicemail.

I was able to change DID translation table to ring into incoming ring group extension assignment, but I don't know where to program to route the call to the voicemail after 4 or 5 rings no answer.

Also, is there a way to transfer the call to outside after 4 or 5 rings no answer if we disable the voicemail?
