Any trouble upgrading VS.NET 2003 proj to VS.NET 2005? 1

I want to upgrade my Visual Studio.NET 2003 to 2005 very very soon. Are there any issues I should be concerned about regarding the upgrade? Will I experience any compatiblity problems with the existing VB.NET projects?
Please advise. Any help will be appreciated!

Hi,
I had very little to no issues, I opened the old solutions in VS2005 it did most if it found any for me. It also backs up tyour original if you need to go back.
Things that I ran into were having to change Configuration.
to ConfigurationManager. (I can't remember if that was exactly it but it is very close.

I believe that VS 2008 is coming out late this year or early next year. You might wait for that.

Definitly look out for configuration changes.
