Any tool that converts Text File to XML file...???

Hi

Is there any tool/parser/classes for converting Text files into XML format? I have Data in a flat file (ascii) which needs to be converted into XML file. How can I do that?

Any web resources also welcome.

Yeah there are several tools for converting a simple ascii file into XML. One of those is XML Spy ver 3.5 .Using that u can convert data from a text file or even a Doc file into XML. Be sure that u have version 3.5. Previous versions doesn't support this features

I would like to now How to convert XMl File into Word Document. Specially word Template.

Each Row of the XML file Should be converted to different Word Template.
