Any tips on resizing a PowerPoint presentation

to send via email (Office 2000). The file size is quite large and the email system is blocking it. Does anyone know the best way of resizinig it. Many thanks

Unfortunately it's not enable on the PC in question. I wasn't sure if there was another way.

One of the simplest things to do is compress the pictures.

Select and right-click on any picture. Choose Format Picture...

Choose Compress...

Apply to all pictures.
 
Also package the powerpoint presentation to CD and copy the files generated to a zip file might also allow more compression
