Any suggestions on best resources for developer cert.?

I am just completing the dba certification and would like to now complete the developer certification.
For those of you that have become certified as an Oracle Developer, what are the best studying resources available?

Best way to learn developer(or any other tool) is to read
a book and practice as much as possible.
Visualise and think that u have a project in hand to be completed in a few days.
Suppose there is project in your company which has been done in some other front end(for eg visual basic), try doing that using developer 2000.
