Any suggestions for network monitoring tools

I maintain a small (<100) user network. I am looking for a product similar to &quot;NetworkCharter&quot; that will discover and document my network. Something graphical would be nice also.
 
You might want to check out Peregrine's Network Discovery Tool.

This is an out of the box server solution that you simply plug into your network and it goes out and maps the items connected. This then can work hand-in-hand with Peregrine's Desktop Discovery tool to catalogue the software and applications installed on individual machines.

Pricing-wise, it's used to be $50K for 1000 nodes and a tad under $200K for 10,000 nodes. Plus the usual annual maintenance.
