Any Recommendation for Service Provider(s).

Hello,

We have had bad luck with the different groups that have supported our BCM 200 and BCM 50 over the years.
Many have lost their good techs to other companies, stopped supporting the BCM or plainly didn't know much about it.

Assuming this is allowed on the forum...
Can anyone recommend a service provider ?

We are in Northern Virginia, have two sites and less than 100 phones.

Eduardo I would recommend going to Nortel.com and using their find partner search tool.
