I would recommend the Viking Analog Door Phone (Model:W-3000) or the Viking Weather Resistant Outside Doorbox (Model: W-1000). Prices range from $175-$250 depending on the source you go through to get one. We've had success with these products (easy installation and good quality).

Viking is a good product, however, we gravitate toward Valcom - great tech support (no bad attitudes like some other US-based companies they compete with) and great quality. I don't know whether Valcom is available in the UK though.
