I dont know what MVC is, but are you looking for some "gui" tool, or some standard way of writing code? indenting and such?

if what you are looking for, is a standard way for coding, you have the "pear"

try phpmvc.net, i think it's a port of struts
if you type mvc php into google it gives approx 306,000 hits which will take time to read.
MVC is a great pattern just takes a bit of time to get your head aroud it.
DaButcher: it stands for model-view-controller

Is phpmvc the most popular MVC framework in PHP world?

Any other recommend framework??

Thank you very much.
