I posted the below 2 tid bits and have not heard a peep. Anyone here have some insights?
<<<
I am not a programmer.
I only provide the PBX and T1 connections.
The programmer can't seem to get calls to bridge out to numbers longer than 4 digits. We know that bridging to toll-free numbers, international numbers, long distance numbers, local numbers, and only 4 digit numbers all works. Unfortunately, it appears that the programmers don't remember how this worked. No one in that office wants to admitt that they don't know how to do this. Since they won't ask, I will.
Does anyone know where to set the digit length in a Periphonics system? Can I hook up a guru with one of these programmers to sift through what the root cause of this failure might be.
I just saw an email that the programmers are going to start tinkering with the NSF code. This scares me greatly. Please, does anyone have any insight???? >>>
If you know of anyone who knows of anyone please pass this along.
