This only issues deal with systems that are below a 4.1. You will have to upgrade those systems to a 4.1 then upgrade to 7.0. But other than that no problems

The only way to find out what the button does is to press it repeatedly until something, anything happens. If something stops and the customer runs in just say, "You're lucky I was here when this happened".
I haven't heard of any problems yet except people forgetting to upgrade the voice mails connected.
