I'm budgeting an IPO that includes a couple of small call center groups - install wouldn't happen until 2nd half of 09. I'd rather not use CCC. Any sense of timing for replacement?

I hate CCC, it is good when working but it has to be installed in a set order and ties in with so many different services and servers etc it is an absolute ball ache to troubleshoot sometimes. A single install and configure programme like VM Pro would be a godsend!

CCC can be difficult to get running. I seem to have the most problems getting reports emailed. The reports are also too rigid. There is no way to make simple changes. This product really needs an update to make it viable.
We have started to sell other reporting packages because of these and other problems with CCC.
Knock on wood, mine work -- ok --. But it wasn't without late nights and hair pulling. (and lots of support) For something as pricey as CCC, it shouldn't be so hard. I do have to say it has a lot with how clean a customer's network is as well. I used to get sick of hearing, "re-install the software". Sometimes it would work, some not. We have turned a lot of old CCC customers on to CallSweet. They love it and it works.
Oak telecoms Ai Office has a good report interface where you can design and filtrate your own reports and easliy schedule reports to e-mail as pdf or other formats.
But it is a software mostly for historical reports.
yeah, the wallboards are really good. we have only played with them in our office, no customers have taken them yet, but i have been impressed,
you can even import feed so in an 8 panel wallboard, 7 can be stats and one can be bbc news24 or whatever channel you want.
We have put in a bunch of the datel call sweet and call sweet live products and the customer love is. The best part is they install it and trouble shoot issues. I have done CCC a lot and it seems like i still have issues every single time. I am pretty sure we lose money on every CCC install we do.

+1 for Call Sweet Live. It is very good, they install, you make money, it is the perfect solution. We have to make 2-3 small changes per install and that is it. I very much like working with them as well.
Call Sweet live is amazing, we had CCC, and it wasnt performing......basically our Service Manager is a &%$#* and didnt like it, so we went to call sweet live and its basically amazing, plus when you buy it, they set it up and give you a yrs support free.
