Any info on Vox Sopho contact@net 250

Is there anyone with any info on "contact@net" by Philips.
I think it's part of the Sopho@vance productline.

I'm looking for real-life experiences with this software and possibly a list of companies who use this SW, searching in google only gave met the producthomepages of Philips and it's resellers.

I know it's a pretty obscure system (Philips doesn't even have it's own forum in this board) but any info would be highly appreciated.

What do you want to know?
I've been working a lot with this system and is working fine. I've did some PM on a bank in Holland and there are at this time about 7 contactcenters running
