Any good MAC Tutorials/Help Sites?

Greetings all

I'm currently finishing up a 2 year course in Computer Systems Technology (well, that's the name-think mixed Electronics/Networking/Hardware, pretty decent) and am currently in my work practicum. I was lucky enough to end up at a local newspaper, and really like the job. However, the environment has a loc of Mac's (used for the image editing, etc.) and I havn't worked with Mac's, well, virtually at all. I was curious if anyone knew of any good sites to go to for some basic info on Mac's that could be useful, tutorials on stuff, etc. Thanks for your time
