Any generic REMOTE ACCESS CARDS for servers

I am looking for some REMOTE ACCESS CARDS for my servers which will cut down my travel time to do any maitenance on the servers.

Usually Dell and other branded ones has there own remote access cards to get into BIOS from remote. Are there any generic RAC which can be used on any server ?

This tool is just to see the desktop, I want some tool which will allow me to see the initial bios screen too, boot process.

Like I wanted to go to safe mode on the remote computer.

All real RAC cards are vendor specific. StuReeves has the only other possibility, but be sure that you research the security related issues using these over the internet.
