I have made a remote information update/retrieval system using ms outlook which is very useful for business houses.Is there any website where I can publish some information about it.

Is this related to project management? There are several Outlook based project management systems on the market. You might try contacting the vendors of those systems to explore business (and/or marketing) opportunities. I've listed some of these vendors on my simple directory of project management software:
