Sybari Antigen for Exchange.
Then remove all dodgy file extensions: i.e. .exe .vbs .bat etc. along with the usual reactive virus scanner (i.e. it only knows its an infected file when its told rather than suspecting it might be dodgy intuitively) will keep you mail server virus free.....
But NOTHING beats user training!
