I would like to know if is safe to scan every file in the Call Mananger server including SQL files. I'm running Norton 8.

This should be ok if you scan the CCM after office hours becasue of the CPU load on the machine.
Also note how mutch time it takes to scan the server, I mean don't start the scan at 6.00 am when the scans takes up to 3 hours.

I run Norton corp ed on all my Callmanagers and have nevr had a problem.
