Answering Call without ring

Hi guys,

There are any config that allows the Agent from a Call Center, to automatically answer the call without ring first?

Sample:
The call is presented to hunt group, then, this call is presented to the first agent from the list and the call is automatically answered by this agent, without press button, or ring.

There are anyway?

there is an auto answer or force feed.

its all documented and in the help files.

also, semi dependent on the phone you are using.

Ok,

I made it work with internal auto answer button programming..but, it works only with IP phones, right?

If I want to work with analog phones, there another config?

I've trying to use Quiet Headset with Off-hook function, but always the user have to click some button.

The functio with Internal Auto Answer works perfectly, but not on analog phones..

Analogue handsets cannot be made to do this on any system, they are a generic single line device and don't have the ability to do this, this can be done with digital sets as well as IP

HSM you have the link formatted wrong, the standard way does not work on Tek tips
