Answered call gets sent to another agent

A call comes in and is presented to the agent
The agent takes the call and there is not an answer and the call is immediatly presented to another agent who answers.

This has happend to multiple agents.

Where should I start to look?

 
Is it possible that Call Presentation Class is not properly configured? It means that Return to Queue timer could be too short. It is just an idea.
 
I will check and report back, thanks for the response.
