Answer Twinned Call and Forward to Another External Number

Is it possible to answer a Twinned call on a cell phone and then forward that call to another external number?

Dial ** (instead of R on analoge phone), then dial the target like with an internal phone. If the target answers, just hang up.

That is correct. That gives you dial tone back.

I'm noticing the second call the twinned phone is getting the Avaya voicemail. Am I missing a setting?

You can only receive one twinned call at a time, so the system sends the 2nd call to voicemail
