I need to add an option in our CallPilot/BCM in Auto Attendant that when callers press 1 it rings on 3 extensions at the same time. Would I use an Answer DN? How is that set up?

Also, can you dial an extension out of an INformation mailbox? So, if I used one to list employee names and extensions, could a caller dial the extension and reach the party?

You should be able to have that option ring a hunt group and set the group up to broadcast and ahve the 3 phones in the group you want to ring.
 
You can't dial an extention out of any mailbox.You can out of a CCR menu.
