I need to add an option in our CallPilot/BCM in Auto Attendant that when callers press 1 it rings on 3 extensions at the same time. Would I use an Answer DN? How is that set up?
Also, can you dial an extension out of an INformation mailbox? So, if I used one to list employee names and extensions, could a caller dial the extension and reach the party?
