I ran into this problem yesterday.
Sys. has:
2x Companies (company A & B)
MICS 3.0XC wi5.11
all sets are M7324's
Company A has 5 lines
Company B has 5 lines
all sets have all 10 lines (Appear only)
There is 2 Ringing services
Company A = Ringing Group 001 lines 001-025 (rings at x100)
Company B = Ringing Group 002 Lines 026-050 (rings at x200)
Days Mon-Wed Company A is on the main floor
Days Mon-Wed Company B is on the 2nd floor
Then they Change Floors and reception's (x100 & 200)
Days Thurs-Sat Company B is on the main floor
Days Thurs-Sat Company A is on the 2nd floor
Their lines then ring on the different floors through the ringing service change.
But the problem is that the 7406 is to be used only on the 2nd Floor. I gave it an answer DN for the reception on the 2nd floor; it answers internal calls but not external calls
7406 is set up as so:
Pool A Answer DN 200
Pool B Intercom
Call Park Intercom
Because I can not put all 10 lines on the set...Is there another way of answering the external calls for both companies, depending on the day.
Thanks for any help
