Executive Set "E" has line 176 and 177 Appear&Ring. Line 176 is private line to this set.
Assistant Set "A" has line 175 and 177 Appear& Ring. Line 175 is private line to this set.
Assistant wants to be able to answer Set "E" when called internally but Executive does not want his private line (line 176) answered or ringing on Assistant's set "A". Programming an Answer DN for set "E" on set "A" will make calls ringing on line 176 also ring on set "A". Is there any other way arround this? Thank you! Did I mentioned I LOVE THIS SITE!

Well you just did lol.

Make the line Private to set 'E' in line programming and then it should not ring the answer key on set 'A'.

You are right an Answer Dn will make both internal and external calls ring there, I don't think there is a way of doing this. I can only suggest having line 176 "appear only" on set A and then the assistent will be able to visually see whether an internal or external call is ringing in for set E.

Good Luck
