BCM 400 R4.0. The customer is looking to have Answer DN's but want the ring to be delayed. Example, 7002 has Answer DN key for 7001 but does not want 7001 to ring on his phone until it has rang twice on 7001. I have not seen this done on a BCM but any suggestions would be helpful. FYI, FNA goes to voicemail on these phones. Thanks in advance for all the help.
