CHAnge FEAture-acces-codes there is menu AUTOMATIC CALLBACK ACTIVATION/DEACTIVATION - just fill values you wish to use this feature

Callback works this way - you call to some extension - it is already talking - you press keys you choosen in FEA (disp FEA) and hang the phone when extension becomes free it rings you back

I think the answer back access code works along with the call park acces code.
Example:
The console parameters has 80 extension we're calls can be dropped using the call park acces code. (console permissions needed and sometimes used for meet me paging)
The attendant can place calls there and search for people using an external intercom, paging system or something like that.
Then people can dial the Answer back access code + the extension the Attendant mentioned and they're connected.
