Anothere CUE question

After FINALLY logging into CUE, I have (6) options across the top to work with.
I can access every drop-down except CONFIGURE-USER. When I select this I get a blank page...

Researched before posting this and was told to try another search engine.
So I've tried Google Chrome, FireFox and Google..

Any suggestions?
