Hi All,
Another Printing Report Problem. I'm Using FPD2.6. I have written a program to print report. Printing Starts with the command "SET DEVICE TO PRINT". Then I use variable denoting row number to print. The whole report is perfect. The only hitch is that, the printer ejects before starting printing thus leaves one page blank. I have tried _PEJECT="NONE", in and outside "PRINTJOB-ENPRINTJOB" structure, but it doesnt work.
What else can I try.

Please Advise

Thanks

Ams,
similarly "Page eject AFTER printing"
set off may me solve your preceding problem (halfpage)...

But In this case I'm not using Report Writer ....

I assume you are using @...SAY's? If you specify a coordinate in the @...SAY that is lower than the location specified in the most previous @...SAY, then Foxpro will issue a page eject automatically. I usually use ?/?? for printing, so I am not sure how to reset the internal line counter, but take a look at _PLINENO.

I'm using @..Say, but as I've stated, the problem is only , Page Eject Before Printing, not in between ..

But if your first @...SAY says something like @ 0,0 SAY ...,
and the printer is positioned at 1,1, you will get an eject.
For instance. When I first start up Foxpro, _PCOLNO = 55 and _PLINENO = 59.
If you try to print something at column 0, it will advance to the next row 0, column 0. Which is the next page.
