Heard on a reasonably serious BBC (Radio 4, I think) programme "In an increasingly global world..."

[slightly off topic]
SantaMufasa for great sporting (mis)quotes do a google search for Colemanballs ......... for the uninitiated David Coleman was an english sports commentor with a knack of ballsing up his commentary (hence the name) ---- this trait was turned into a section of the great british magazine Private Eye :)

Cricket is quite a rich source too: "The batsman's Holding, the bowler's Willey" being one from BBC commentary, followed by much sniggering and suppressed hilarity at this unintentional double-entendre.
 
My own favourite is "Well, it's easy to write history with hindsight
