Anonymous sending of emails internally

I have a requirement within my company to allow employees to send emails anonymously to an internal mailbox, is this possible?
I don't think this is the best idea as it could be abused, has anyone any other ideas of doing this?

Create a mail-in database, modify it's design and hide (or delete) from field information.
