Annoying beeping noise on Nortel phone system

Good afternoon, first post here and need some help!I have a user in a call centre who has random beeps in her headset. We do not have any call forwarding or call transfer settings on her phone and this has been tested, they are literally random. I have tried "CLS FITA" command in LD20 but this makes no difference. There is no regulartity of these beeps and and can beep upto 4 times in a row? The phone is an ACD Meridian M3110. Does anybody have a clue?Cheers!

I agree. Everytime I have a problem with a reservations phone (the only ones who use headsets), it almost always comes to the batteries.

Theres no batteries on this phone im afraid, just powered by the line. We are running old skool Merdiain M3110's
