Annoying Auto Attendant

Excuse my simple questions...I am new at this! I have a customer with 5 CO lines coming in. Four of the lines are for one side of the business, while line 5 (ext. 28)is used for another segment of the business. They have a Partner ACS R1 with VS R4. When I direct dial the number for line 5, the auto attendant for lines 1-4 pick up. I have tried giving ext. 28 ownership of the line. I have also tried to un-assign it from the AA, but it won't let me. Any suggestions? They want the calls coming into that line to either be answered, or go to that extension's VM. Thanks!
 
did you take line 5 out of Group Call #206 group 7 ?
