Announcements not getting played in IP Office 4.2

Hello,

i have some problem my announcments not getting played i have configure the modules in Voicemail Pro Client and have IP Office manager with proper defined short codes and in incoming callroute.

Kindly help me from basic how shall i configure am the user using the ipoffice for the first time.

You need to check the option for the group in the ipo.
In VMPro you need to add the group at "groups" and then add the options "Queue" and "Still queued"

Then add a generic action (in the queued and still queued)and put in the announcement you want.
