Announcements and Parking with SCN 500V2 7.0.12

Has anyone hand success using announcements on individual users and Parking with a working timeout feature returning to the correct user that parked the call accross SCN?

The problem I'm having with the announcements is that we are using the transfer return timer feature and if the call is transfered accross the SCN (from site A to B) it is not returning to the user that transfered it at site A when the timer is reached. Same goes with park or park to an extn.

Parking is not an SCN feature and doesn't work, best workaround is transferring to an empty group with queuing on and using "Group" buttons :)

Not happy with Avaya ATM....
