Announcement Recording - Busy Signal 1

Howdy

Running CM 5.2

I just created 6 new announcement extensions.
Recorded all 5 of them, but on the last one, when I dial the FAC, enter in the extension and then press 1 to record, I received a busy signal.

I checked my integrated table, and I have time remaining.
Just to be on the safe side, I removed a bunch of unused announcements.

Still nothing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

removing announcement extensions does not remove the related recording "file.wav"
Free up Valboard space

Save .wav off the board for future use. Do this before you remove the announcement extension.
use the "Announcement Access Code" to delete a recording, it does free up time/space on the ValBoards

See .wav files, sizes, modification dates, protection:
Command: list directory /annc board 04B15

remove .wav files
Command: remove file board 04B15 /annc/Disaster_Closed_Ann.wav

- Dial into pbx using DID number for remote access:
1. Dial into the switch remote-access extension (Use Barrier Code with COR that
   has Console Permissions "y"
   Hear dial-tone, dial Barrier Code (hear dial-tone)
   Dial Announcement Access Code: 77 (check feature-access-code for your switch)
   from a station with COR that has Console Permissions "y"
2. dial announcement extension to listen
3. dial Announcement Access Code: 77 (check feature-access-code for your switch)
   to access an announcement session. You can also do this from a switch station
   with COR that has Console Permissions "y"
4. dial announcement extension to record, play, delete - then
Dial:
1 to record, begin recording, use "#" to end recording session
                   (you cannot record a protected announcement)
2 to play
3 to delete        (you cannot delete a protected announcement)
- From a station with COR that has Console Permissions "y"
Dial announcement extension to listen
Dial Announcement Access Code: 77, announcement extension - then 
Dial:
1 to record, begin recording, use "#" to end recording session
                   (you cannot record a protected announcement)
2 to play
3 to delete        (you cannot delete a protected announcement)

NOTE: removing announcement does not delete the associated .wav file from the
      Val board or media-gateway virtual Val board.

I ran the command: list direct ann board 001v9 to view the wav files, but it comes up empty. nothing in the table

That was it.
Found it a bit difficult to maneuver in there, but I did manage to find a GUI app within ASA specifically for announcements.

In that I was able to find all the wav files that I removed extensions for.
Deleted the wav files which added 100 more minutes to my board.

Tested the announcement recording, and it worked.
