Announcement over PA System?

Howdy,

Running CM 5.2
Is it possible to play an announcement through a PA System, aside from holding a device up to the microphone?

Currently we have an analog line connected to a PA system, and we dial a specific 4 digit extension that accesses the PA, then we enter in a 2 digit number to pick which zone to connect to.

Under LOUDSPEAKER PAGING in ASA, all fields are blank.
So I would assume that we really have no control over the PA system.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

There's a few ways. Never used loudspeaker paging in ASA. You could have a aux trunk card in a 650 or a plain analog trunk port hit the paging. Or a set port. Maybe that's the 4 digits you dial, then paging automatically answers and the next 2 digits you press for zone are interpreted by the paging system.

So the 4 digits I dial engages the loudspeaker and the 2 digit code enables the zone.

But what would you say is a way to have an announcement hit the loudspeaker?
