Announcement for M2250

Is there a way for calls from IVR ringing to a M2250 to hear RAN while waiting to be picked up by the attendant.

I've tried in LD 15's ROA(Recorded Overflow Answering)
but ROA feature not support any type of transfer call.

do you have symposium? since 2250's are end of life we replaced our consoles with 3905's controlled via symposium. prior to that all external calls hit a miran for a legal disclaimer.. but that was not dependant on call vol. i do not know or a way to give ivr to calls in que. the console is a quasi acd without an acd group to modify..roa works for calls that have been in que past the timer

yes, with a ran machine or Miran and using the attendant ran feature you can do it.
