Announcement Access Code, Just send a fast busy signal

Hello Fellas, i have a problem with my FAC of Announcement Access Code when i dial, in my case *56 i just hear a fast busy tone.?? do you know why this happen=???

Just make sure that the extension number you are trying from has Console Permissions assigned on the COS.
If it doesn't, you hear the fast busy.

You were righ bleebrant i modified the cos of my extension so i tried again and then i could hear the tone.
