Annoucement with wav file

hi,

I have a ipo500 (R6.1) with voice embedded
When a call incoming, i want to ring the huntgroup X. (i have a music on hold for this huntgroup X)
If no one answers of this huntgroup, i want to transfer the call to Voice Mail, but the annoucement for this voice mail must be a wav file. Importantly, this voice mail do not record a message, only play annoucement.

how do to this ? its possible with voice embedded ?

Embedded voicemail does not use .wav files but .clp files.
You need to record it yourself and turn on announcements.

You can use these shortcodes for recoring the first and the second announcement.

First announcement: *91N# where N is the group number.
Second announcement: *92N#

i think what you want to do is to record the message as the mailbox prompt for the group, then save on a loop so no messages can be left.

I think Tom is right, you want to have a voicemail message but saved in a loop instead of having the option for leaving a voicemail message.
You need to do this on the phone itself.

yes, i know this procedure on the phone, but i must use wav file (or other format) for this annoucement...
if i use this procedure on the phone, i must record with my voice, but i must use a wav file.

You can't use a wav file in embedded voicemail!
If you need that then you need VMPro.

Send the call to an auto attendent with no options and no fallback, this way you can use the LVM Greeting utility to convert the wav file and upload.
