Animating

I want to make a button expand out going from

to:

http://www.ripplewine.com/photoshop_work/menubutton3.jpg

What I mean is that when that button is pressed that part slides out to the right. How do I do this with photoshop or ImageReady? Thanks.

This is relatively easy to produce as a 'Rollover' state in ImageReady but I'm not sure if you can relate it to a mouse click event, certainly I can't see a way in 5.5. These kind of things are better handled in programs like Flash or GoLive where you have more options - unless of course P6 has added the feature,

No, what I want is it to like fly out in an animation not just swap from one to the other I can do that with Javascript. I was wondering if there is a way to make that one part like slide out. Thanks.

There is (of course) a 'mouse click' option in the rollover options but I don't think Photoshop can give you what you're after, a Flash 'scroll' effect would seem the best option,
