I used Photoshop to create a some GIFs that I used to build an animated GIF. I save the GIFs without a background and that worked great. I tested it by placing them over a background image in FrontPage and it worked great (no white background). Then I used Babarosas GIF Animator to make the animated GIF and it now has a white background.

Anyone know of a GIF builder program, free or not that won't add the white background?

I tried Adobe Premiere since I had it but the picture was horrible and it didn't even come close to looking like it should.

Thanks

Have you used the "jump to ImageReady" feature that is in Adobe Photoshop? ImageReady was really easy to use and it allows transparent backgrounds.

Hi,

This is how you make animations in ImageReady: faq905-2038

Hope this helps!

I created an animated gif using Adobe ImageReady (ver 7). What code can I add to the animated file html so that when I click on the initial frame, it links me to a page in my website and when I click on the last frame, it links me to another page?
