Animated GIF help....

For some reason when I put an animated gif in my movie it doesn't show, I get an error then where the animated gif used be there is a big-ol, red box with an "X" in it, but in my projector (.exe) it shows it. Whats up with that....??

I'm having the same problem you had when you wrote this. Did you ever figure out the problem? If so, please help! Thanks! Joyce
