Hello Friends,

Having caller id info. The CO tells me they need to see 10 digits before they attach caller id and that my 61C is sending only 7. What can I check to rectify..any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

Check your CLID in LD 21. Changes can be made in LD 15.
