ANE4024E Error processing : file write error

What does this mean - ive checked out the tape that the datas on - its fine, ive checked that the user being restored has correct read permissions - they do.
The help on this message is very poor - anyone know how to fix this ? Also ive checked in the act log and theres nothing about this error for the time of the restore !

Just a specific file or all the files?

All of the files.
Ive now heard that the workaround for this is to set up a temp directory and restore all of the files to that then copy them back into the relevant files system.
