Does anybody knows how to analyze patterns in a graph?

What sort of graph? Do you mean a chart, like a time-series plot, a set of nodes with directed arcs between them, or something else?

I'm actually plotting a line graph to show me the performance of each manufacturing machines every hour. So at one particular hour, it might produce a performance based on a 1-100 scale and the next hour, produce a different one.

You don't say what exactly you'd like to do with this data, but you might try SPC (statistical process control) software, more general-purpose time-series or data mining software.

It seems to me that you don't know what you are looking for, to analyze Production Graphics it is necessary to at least understand what your goal is so you can get the data and organizi it in the correct format.
You have to realize that one machine may not be doing the same product the next hour or even stay on it for days, for that very reazon you would use a PCP and MRP-II packages. AL Almeida
