AnalogX PortMapper not running behind lock screen 1

I have a windows 2003 server for Aloha POS, that is running AnalogX PortMapper, which allows a VNC connection to be mapped to a POS terminal connected to the server on the local network. The connection and mapping work as long as a user is logged in, but the server auto logs out and users after 5 minutes of inactivity, and then shows the lock screen. At that point the VNC Viewer is unable to connect.

I can ping the server but not the terminal on that port, so i'm guessing it's getting stopped at the point PortMapper should be forwarding.

Any ideas?

Why are you using AnalogX portmapper instead of the VNC repeater service?

Switched to VNC Repeater Service and it works like a charm.
